Calling all writers! 5-Minute Stories is a live storytelling event where patrons are invited to write and share an original piece designed to be read aloud in five minutes or less. Stories can be fiction, nonfiction, memoir, or experimental, funny, heartfelt, dramatic, or strange are all welcome. Participants will read their work in front of a live audience, celebrating concise storytelling and the power of sharing stories out loud. No prior performance experience required, just a story and a voice. This program is co-sponsored with The Mattituck-Laure Library and The Cutchogue-New Suffolk Library and held at The Cutchogue-New Suffolk Library.
