Allergist Erin McGintee, MD of ENT and Allergy Associates, and a member of the Medical Advisory Panel of Stony Brook Southampton Hospital’s Regional Tick-Borne Disease Resource Center, will inform us about the Alpha-gal meat allergy, caused by a bite from the Lone Star Tick. Dr. McGintee has treated over 900 East End residents and is considered the regional expert in the field
