Event Details

Local historian Melanie Cardone-Leathers will discuss the culinary history of African Americans in the New York area. Learn the stories behind these foods as well as the legacies they left behind. Participants will take home recipes and a sample of a kitchen spice. Shared with The Cutchogue-New Suffolk Library and The Mattituck- Laurel Library. Held at the Mattituck-Laurel Library.
