Simply Civics: Local Government

How much do you know about the role of our local government? What decisions are made at the local level, who makes those decisions, and how can you make your voice heard on topics of importance to you? There is a Town Council and a Board of Trustees-learn the difference between them and why it matters.  Learn what role local civic and advocacy organizations play in our community. This session will address these issues and others to help us understand how our Town government can work for us!
