Join Miss Mary for summer stories and act out the story characters “yoga style”. Bending, stretching, and fun. *Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water to each session *This program will be held in the Pocket Park under the tent.

Engage your mind, body and spirit in the beneficial practice of yoga. Increase strength and stamina while decreasing stress and muscle tension. Please bring a yoga mat.

Inspired by Michelangelo’s method of painting the Sistine Chapel ceiling, students will draw or paint under a table while looking up at a piece of paper attached underneath. Please dress for artistic mess!
