Program Description
Event Details
This is a 2-day program:
Day 1: Mix Mod Podge with green and gold glitter, blow up the balloon, then paint the Mod Podge glitter on half of the balloon. Let the balloon dry overnight.
Day 2: Pop the balloon, trim your bowl and voila! You have a pretty bowl for St. Patrick's Day! Fill it with chocolate gold coins and other candy and bring it home to enjoy!
Note: Day 2 will only take about 15 -20 minutes.
