Originating in Eastern philosophy over 2,500 years ago and popularized in America by Jon Kabat-Zinn in the 1970s, mindfulness meditation has been clinically shown to reduce stress and its related symptoms. In this all-levels course, you’ll explore simple ways to bring mindfulness into your daily life and experience its benefits firsthand. Through a range of guided techniques, you will uncover strategies to gently investigate, soothe, and support ourselves.
