Endometriosis, a distressing and debilitating medical condition which causes painful menstrual cramps, heavy or irregular periods, and which sometimes can affect fertility, impacts up to an estimated 10% of women between the ages of 15 and 45.

Decorate and take home your own professional handcrafted hula hoop. After crafting, Diane will help you learn how to hoop, do tricks, and do a dance flow. We will also break up into teams and play games.
