The First Wives Club meets Aladdin, with a nod to magical realism in this smart, funny story of friendship, wishes granted and the search for Mr. Right.

Enjoy the story “Little Blue and Little Yellow” and then re-enact the story by making a sensory bag with shaving cream and food coloring. Lastly, we will create a green grasshopper with popsicle sticks and pipe cleaners to take home.

Meet in the parking lot of the First Presbyterian Church. We will stroll the grounds of the oldest English Burying Ground in New York State. Box tombs, slate, sandstone, and marble stones mark the resting place of the earliest settlers.

Come in and cool off to watch a colorful Reading Rainbow episode. Walk around the community room “parking lot” and pick out the car you want to sit in! Please bring your own drink. Light snacks will be provided.
